1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing the platform or installing Investorama mobile applications, you enter into a binding agreement with Investorama. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please do not use our services.

To use the platform and create an account, you declare that you possess full legal capacity (being 18 years of age or older, or legally emancipated) and commit to providing true, complete, and updated information.

3. Registration, User Accounts, and Security

Certain analytical tools and cross-platform synchronization require registering a user account via email or federated authentication (Google / Apple).

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for the accuracy of the information provided.

• Individual Use: Accounts are personal and non-transferable; sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Immediate Notice: You agree to notify Investorama immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach of your account.
• Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

4. Plans, Subscriptions, and Cancellation (Investorama Pro)

Investorama provides free analytical tools as well as paid subscription tiers with advanced premium features ("Investorama Pro").

By subscribing to Investorama Pro, you agree to the fees, billing frequency (monthly or annual), and payment terms specified at the time of purchase.

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand by the user.
• Simple Cancellation: Cancellation can be performed at any time via your user dashboard (for web purchases) or through the Google Play Store / Apple App Store subscription managers (for mobile in-app purchases). Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Right of Withdrawal & Refunds: Digital purchases comply with applicable consumer protection regulations (such as the 7-day statutory right of withdrawal in Brazil). Subscriptions purchased through mobile app stores follow the refund policies of Google Play and Apple App Store respectively.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

All intellectual property rights in Investorama — including trademarks, logos, source code, algorithms, interface design, compiled databases, and charts — are the exclusive property of Investorama or its authorized licensors.

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the portals or applications.
• The use of robots, crawlers, spiders, automated scripts, or unauthorized scrapers for systematic data collection is prohibited.
• Commercialization, redistribution, resale, or unauthorized licensing of proprietary data, indexes, or metrics provided by the platform is strictly prohibited.

6. Data Sources and Service Availability

Market data displayed is aggregated from public sources and reputable financial data providers (such as B3, National Treasury, Central Bank of Brazil, and market data partners).

While we strive for maximum accuracy and timeliness, market feeds may experience technical delays or variances due to third-party dependencies. Investorama does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service operation.

Investorama reserves the right to perform scheduled technical maintenance, system enhancements, or temporary interruptions to ensure infrastructure integrity.

7. Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)

Protecting your privacy is essential to us. All personal data processing conducted by Investorama strictly adheres to the General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13,709/2018) and international standards.

8. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

We may periodically revise these Terms of Use to reflect feature enhancements, platform updates, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email to registered users.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
